Balay Mühendislik, adopting "human first" principle since its establishment, has compounded this principle with responsibility, reliance, honesty, continuity and balancing principles and took its first step in business world in 1984.

Following features are required for a company to be continious and reliable:

To stick to its principles from the beginning under every circumstances, in other words to be institutionalised;
Knowledge, skill and organization powers of the company workers;
To make capital readjustment;
To renew itself.

In this context Balay Mühendislik has carried on its works strongly and confidently. It makes its best to meet the demand for existing and new infrastructure, superstructure and other building activities with its conscious, liable and experienced staff and subcontructors.

Behzat Balay is the founder of our company.


I was born in Bergama in 1974. I went to Zübeyde Hanım Elementary School and graduated from Bornova Anatolian High School (İzmir Maarif Koleji). İn 1970 I was graduated from the Department of Civil Engineering at Middle East Tecnical University.

I served in the army as a reserve officer at İskenderun Construction and Real Estate Office.

Continuity is essential at Balay Mühendislik. Companies in building sector replace workers and subcontructors frequently. Our company has been working with its workers and subconstrcutors for more than 15 years that results in top level "Team Work" within our company.
